Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been packed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

• Product unavailability.
• Pricing or technical errors.
• Payment issues.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Any unforeseen operational reason.

If we cancel a prepaid order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Timeline

Approved cancellation refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
