Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive the wrong item or size.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

Items Not Eligible

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect size selected by the customer (please refer to our size chart before ordering).
• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Products without original tags or packaging.

Exchange

Approved exchanges will be processed after the returned item passes quality inspection and subject to stock availability.

Refunds

If an exchange is not possible, an eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Urban Stitch Mark will bear the return shipping cost. In other eligible cases, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.
