1. Defective or Incorrect Products
Returns or replacements are accepted only for defective or incorrectly delivered products, subject to verification. Email a clear unboxing video to urbanstitchmark@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of delivery. Our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

2. Size Exchange & Refunds
Please check our size chart carefully before ordering. As our products are made to order, we do not offer returns, refunds, or size exchanges for incorrect size selection.

3. Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping charges for Indian and international orders (self-shipping).
